By creating an account, accessing, or using Flashify, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by your local law) to use Flashify.

You agree to:

provide accurate registration information,
keep your account credentials secure,
be responsible for activity under your account,
notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

3. Service Description

Flashify helps users generate study notes/flashcards from uploaded documents, including AI-assisted output and export workflows.

We may add, remove, or modify features from time to time.

4. AI Output Disclaimer

Flashify uses AI models that can produce incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading output.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating generated output before relying on it.

5. User Content and Rights

Your ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload and your generated content, subject to rights needed to operate the service.

License to us

You grant Rainverse LLC a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support Flashify.

Your responsibility

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions required to upload and process your content.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not:

violate any law or regulation,
upload content that infringes third-party rights,
upload malware or attempt to disrupt the service,
reverse engineer or abuse APIs,
scrape data at scale without authorization,
bypass quotas, payment, or security controls,
use Flashify to generate content for fraud, harassment, or other harmful activity.

7. Billing, Subscription, and Credits

Payments are processed by third-party providers (including Stripe). By paying, you also agree to the payment provider's terms.

For paid plans:

subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled,
pricing, credits, and plan limits are shown at checkout,
taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction,
credits and usage limits are governed by your active plan terms.

8. Third-Party Services

Flashify may integrate with third-party services (for example payment, hosting, analytics, or AI model providers). Their separate terms and privacy policies may apply.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

you violate these Terms,
your use creates legal/security risk,
required by law.

You may stop using Flashify at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights in Flashify software, branding, design, and platform components (excluding user content) remain with Rainverse LLC and its licensors.

Flashify is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainverse LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:

the amount you paid to Flashify in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or
USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted by law.
